Scope and nature of betting.

 

1. The forecasts will be based on the number assigned to each participating horse in the official trotter program. No error by the gambler in entering the number cannot give rise to a claim.

2. The act of betting on trotting horse races determines the unlimited and unreserved total acceptance of all articles of this order and other development rules.

 

Quantitative betting limits.

 

The body responsible for gambling will authorize the minimum amount that can be wagered on each class of bet, called the "minimum bet unit". The minimums may be different for each type of bet.

 

Documentary support of the bet.

 

1. The ticket, to be valid, must include a reference or a code to identify it; the date, the number of the test, the numbers of the horses that make up the bet, the type of bet and the amount must be stated. After the gambler leaves the place of registration or box office, no claim will be accepted with reference to a possible error at the ticket office.

2. The staff in charge of registering the bets is not obliged to check the forecast, and the fact that they accept the payment does not imply any responsibility for the staff on the accuracy of the data contained in the ticket or on the validity of the same.

3. The ticket, once registered, may not, in any case, be returned, modified, extended, or any errors noted after the time of issue may be corrected, unless the error is noticed before the bettor leaves the vending box office, in which case it will be canceled and a new one will be issued.

Putting on the collection and return of bets.

 

To collect the prize or refund of your bet, bettors will be required to present their ticket. No other test will be allowed. Tickets that have superfluous, omitted or erroneous inscriptions or strokes at the time of payment will not be accepted for collection or refund, with respect to the designated horses, the nature of the bet or the number of the test; or that have tears, erasures, amendments or signs of manipulation and any others that prevent the recognition of the type of bet.
